This week’s lessons focus on partitioning numbers within 1000, using hundreds, tens and ones, finding 1, 10 and 100 more or less, and working with number lines to 1000. Pupils also begin estimating, comparing and ordering numbers, helping to develop secure place value understanding and confidence with 3-digit numbers.
