Year 3 One, Ten or One Hundred More or Less Activity Cards
These Year 3 one, ten or one hundred more or less activity cards help pupils apply place value knowledge by adding and subtracting across hundreds, tens and ones.
Pupils practise finding 1 more, 10 more and 100 more (and the corresponding values less) from a range of three-digit numbers, including examples that require exchanging across boundaries. This supports secure understanding of how digits change depending on their position.
The cards follow the White Rose Maths small steps progression and work well for guided practice, partner tasks or small group support during Autumn Block 1 Week 2.
