Year 4 | Decimals Assessment – Spring Block 4

This Year 4 decimals assessment checks pupils’ understanding of tenths and hundredths taught across Spring Block 4: Decimals A. It is designed for use at the end of the unit to assess fluency, place value understanding and application using visual models and written decimals.

The assessment includes matching fractions and decimals, completing number sequences, representing decimals using place value counters, shading hundred squares, and dividing by 10 and 100. Pupils also apply their understanding to writing decimals within 1 and greater than 1 using digit cards.
