Year 3 Related Facts with 1s, 10s and 100s Activity Cards

These Year 3 related facts activity cards help pupils practise connecting addition and subtraction facts involving 1s, 10s and 100s to build fluency and reinforce number relationships.

Pupils use known facts and place value understanding to work out related calculations, such as knowing that if 345 + 100 = 445, then 445 − 100 = 345. This supports Autumn Block 2 learning and helps pupils make links between mental strategies and written methods.

The activity cards follow the White Rose Maths small steps progression and are ideal for partner work, guided practice or short retrieval tasks when pupils need extra support with related addition and subtraction facts.
