Year 3 Comparing and Ordering within 1,000 PowerPoint – Week 3

This Year 3 teaching PowerPoint supports Week 3 of Autumn Block 1: Place Value within 1,000, following the White Rose Maths small steps progression.

The presentation helps pupils estimate on number lines to 1,000, compare three-digit numbers using place value, and order numbers in ascending and descending order. Slides also include counting in 50s and opportunities for pupils to explain their reasoning using greater than and less than language.
