This Year 3 lesson plan sets out the full teaching sequence for Autumn Block 2 Week 6: addition and subtraction within 1,000, following the White Rose Maths small steps progression.

It includes National Curriculum links, key vocabulary, daily teaching guidance, differentiation, assessment questions and common misconceptions. The plan also tells you which PowerPoint slides to use for each lesson and links to the supporting worksheets and activity cards, so you can follow the teaching sequence in the intended order.
