SEND EHCP/inclusion resources
This SEND pupil passport can be used to summarise EHCP and SEN support information in an adult-friendly and child-friendly way. Adults working with a child can refer to the individual targets and short term goals to modify their expectations and tailor their support. It can be created in conjunction with the child and family. It will also save a lot of time sifting through lengthy documents.
This resource comes in a zip file as it contains:
- A4 version
- Booklet version
So we recommend downloading on a computer rather than a mobile/tablet for ease.
