Code breaker activity – phonics phase 2
Use this Phase 2 Break the Code Phonics Activity as a way to encourage pupils to read, write and blend phase 2 phonics words in a fun and engaging way. Also great for reasoning and code breaking skills, ask children to look at the code and then write the letters out accordingly, making a word. Finally, read the word aloud. Great for tuff trays, provision areas or as an extension to your phonics lessons.
