EYFS Morning Starter Jobs – Summer 2 Week 5 is the fifth in the series for Summer 2 and focuses on ART WEEK.

The EYFS morning job activities are designed to engage and energise children upon their arrival at school. These morning tasks provide an excellent opportunity to optimise the initial moments of the day, transforming them into valuable learning experiences. Our activities have been thoughtfully organised in a progressive manner to support children in developing their phonics, mark-making, maths, and fine motor skills.

Here’s how it works: Your class is divided into five groups. Every morning, as the children enter the classroom, they stow their belongings and proceed to their designated activity station. Each day, they engage in a different activity, and this rotation continues throughout the week. By the time Friday arrives, each child will have successfully completed all five challenges, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
