Christmas is such an easy way to enthuse children with all areas of their learning by adding a bit of Christmas sparkle, in EYFS and other age groups. You can tick off some Understanding the World objectives by discussing what different religions believe and through putting on a Christmas or winter performance of some kind. SO much can be covered!
