This Autumn Provision Topic Pack – Miss LVT’s Range contains a huge range of weekly provision plans and ideas complete with tuff tray set up photos, adult-led teaching opportunities for each area of the EYFS, recommended books, activity sheets, key questions, differentiation and more, covering all areas of the EYFS.
Teaching seasons is a great way to get children outdoors and exploring nature. It covers lots of ‘Understanding the World’ objectives as well as mathematical ones. So many things will be noticed through these Autumn activities, new vocabulary will be introduced and lots of fun will be had. This is a great time to introduce Forest School sessions to your school if you have a Forest School leader. If not you can do similar outdoor sessions and call them ‘Muddy Mondays’ or ‘Welly Wednesdays’ – either way, getting the children outside and immersed in learning about Autumn is just the best.
