Registration Information: If you register for any of our products, services or newsletters you will provide us information about yourself.
Email Information: If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
For paid individual subscribers, the type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, your email address, your home address, the age group you teach or job role, your download history.
For paid school subscribers, the type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, email address, job title, school name, school address, whether you belong to a MAT, finance and key teacher email address, your log in activity. For sub-accounts, we collect name and email address of staff members and collect log in activity data. If you are the admin of a school account, then you consent to our privacy policy and terms and condition on behalf of the your entire school and staff members.
If you sign up for a sample pack, or free download, we will ask you to consent to our privacy policy and to receive an email with the sample pack link. The data we will collect about you in this instance includes:
- Your first name
- Your email address
Other information we may keep:
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.

Your email address will be held both on our own server, hosted by Cloudways and by our email marketing server, hosted by Fluent CRM. If you are a school and have opted to pay via Invoice, we will hold information on you via our accounting system Xero. All of these companies say they are GDPR compliant.
When you sign up for a Mrs Mactivity individual or school account, you will be asked if you want to be added to our email list - by ticking the box you indicate consent to this. If you are the admin of a school account, then you consent on behalf of the your entire school and staff members. We will only send you emails about new Mrs Mactivity products or things we think will be of interest to you.
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
- To estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
- To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
