Year 6 calculator investigations for reasoning and problem solving

This Year 6 After SATs Maths Investigations: Calculator Investigations Pack 2 uses calculators as a tool for mathematical exploration, helping pupils investigate number patterns, place value, fractions and calculations in new and engaging ways. Designed for the final half term of Year 6, the pack encourages reasoning, prediction and problem solving while revisiting important KS2 maths concepts.

The activities are ideal for whole-class maths lessons, paired investigations and maths enrichment after SATs. Use this pack as part of our Year 6 After SATs Maths Investigations collection to help pupils apply their KS2 maths knowledge through meaningful problem-solving experiences.
