Aligned with the maths mastery approach, this Year 1 | Counting in 2s Lesson Presentation is fully editable, and is designed for the Year 1 maths curriculum covering the following maths objectives for the autumn term:
Topic: Place Value to 50
This lesson practises counting in twos within 50. This is a longer presentation and we suggest that it is split into two days: one on practising skip counting in twos using number tracks, number lines and grids to familiarise with the twos numbers; and another on counting objects and pictures of objects in twos.
