Year 2 food chain lesson: What is a food chain?

This Year 2 food chain lesson helps pupils understand how animals get their food and introduces the idea of a simple food chain. Part of our Living Things and Their Habitats unit, this lesson supports pupils to identify sources of food and explain how plants and animals depend on each other.
