Tilly and the Journey of Me PSED Participation Log

This PSED Participation Log is designed to be used alongside Tilly and the Journey of Me, the six-week FLIP intervention for Reception children who require additional support with Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED).

The log provides practitioners with a simple way to record children’s participation in each intervention session. Add the children’s names and record the date they take part in each session, creating a clear record of attendance across the programme.

Using the Participation Log

Use a new log for each week of the intervention. Record the week number, add the names of the children taking part and enter the date of participation for Sessions 1-5.

The Participation Log can be used alongside the Practitioner Notes and Identification and Progression Toolkit to help maintain a clear record of intervention delivery and children’s progress.
