In this engaging EYFS geography unit, pupils will explore the world around them, focusing on the differences and similarities between different environments, such as town, countryside, and coast. They will investigate how these places change with the seasons, looking at how the weather and landscape evolve throughout the year. Through hands-on activities and discussions, children will gain a basic understanding of geographical concepts, develop their observational skills, and start to recognise the world’s diversity. This unit encourages curiosity and exploration, helping young learners connect with the environment in an enjoyable and meaningful way.
